The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it super convenient to explore Hanoi. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Vincent, who went above and beyond to arrange our trip. However, the bathroom showers were unpredictable, making it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the value for money was decent considering the location and amenities available.
